Response times

Emails are answered within one business day. Messages received at weekends or on public holidays are answered on the next business day. Including your order number helps us reply faster.

Order and delivery enquiries

For a delivery question, include your order number and the tracking link you received. For an item that arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, send photographs within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve it quickly.

Sizing and styling advice

If you are between sizes or unsure about a fabric, email us with your measurements and the item you are considering. We would rather answer a question before dispatch than handle a return afterwards.
